Professional diagnostics and optimization. We perform a deep system analysis, remove malware and viruses, fix performance problems, update drivers, and tune your device for better speed and reliability. Includes a detailed report with recommendations. Usually takes 60–90 minutes.
Complex Tear-Downs — $150
Advanced component-level repairs for laptops and gaming systems. We handle HDMI port replacements, charging port repairs, and any work requiring motherboard removal or full disassembly. Performed by skilled technicians using specialized tools. Workmanship guaranteed. Typically takes 2–4 hours.
Concierge Repair Handling (Mail-Out Repairs)
Concierge Repair Handling Fee — $40
Sometimes a device needs a specialized repair we don’t perform in-house. In those cases, we send it out to a trusted repair partner. Here’s how it works: We handle all coordination, packaging, and shipping. We pay the repair company upfront. You pay only the exact repair cost we are charged (no markup). On top of the repair cost, you pay a flat $40 handling fee. This fee covers our time, shipping, and communication with the repair company. This service is completely separate from our in-house repairs.

On-Site Visits (“Wheels Down”) Available evenings after 5 PM and on Saturdays within a 20-mile radius of Kalkaska. A $25 trip charge applies only if we are unable to resolve the issue.
